The design of Moto G Series has evolved throughout the year although all the flagship models carried the same overall outlook to maintain its authenticity. Moto G5 comes with a metal body with a posh aluminum finish which serves as a massive enhancement in the design when compared to the previous models.

Moto G5 has borrowed its design form Moto Z, and there is Chrome accent throughout the body. The round corner and edges help in better gripping, and it is recommended to use cover to protect the camera from scratch. The phone will be available in Fine Gold and Lunar Grey color, and it also has a water repellent nano coating.
